About the delivery service

Corlan Post Express is a Romanian delivery service and part of the Corlan Group logistics group. It delivers parcels within Romania and abroad, and its services are aimed mainly at online retailers and manufacturers selling to foreign markets.

What the integration does

You create Corlan Post Express labels from an order in Order Management, the same as with other delivery services. MetaKocka then tracks the shipment status automatically. The integration also supports:

• delivery to parcel lockers,
• shipment insurance as an additional service,
• a different return address,
• an automatic change of the order status if the parcel is not delivered within 60 days or the shipment shows no activity for 30 days.

Setup

You add the connection in Additional settings / Delivery services / New, where you select Corlan Post Express. Enter the sender details and the API key you receive from Corlan Post Express, then select a delivery type or add a new one with the + button. After saving the settings, click Test to check that the connection works.

For delivery to parcel lockers, also enter the height, width and length of the parcel in centimetres.
