What the recording covers

• 2:39 Order list. Items without stock are highlighted in red. The Shipping SLA and Delivery SLA columns are new, and the order details show the expected delivery date. With views per user, each user chooses the columns, filters and actions for each tab.
• 7:48 Warehouse. You can add items and receiving orders directly in Order Management, without switching to the main MetaKocka page.
• 10:19 Automation from invoice to label. Invoices are issued automatically, with a delay that leaves time for corrections. Labels are created at set times for each delivery service, and combined PDF label files wait to be printed.
• 17:35 Label printing while packing. In the dispatch app on a computer, the label is printed for each order separately once all items are marked.
• 19:08 Store integrations. Orders from Amazon, Temu and Allegro are transferred to MetaKocka automatically, and stock is sent back to the store.
• 19:53 Address Editor with artificial intelligence. The Address Editor module corrects errors that someone would otherwise fix by hand, and flags addresses that look correct but where the parcel would not reach the customer.
• 25:13 Customer notifications. Notifications can be sent by email, SMS, Viber and WhatsApp. If the customer does not have Viber or WhatsApp, they get an SMS. The tracking page with product recommendations is also shown.
• 32:09 CourierCheck. The CourierCheck module checks the invoice specifications of delivery services and shows how many shipments were charged incorrectly and by how much.
