Webinar on 1 October: what is new in Order Management
On Thursday 1 October at 10.00 we go through the past months’ new features in an hour, among them the first piece of artificial intelligence in Order Management. The webinar is in English and free to attend.
TL;DR (In short)
- Thursday, 1 October at 10.00 CEST, online, in English and free to attend.
- In one hour we go through what is new in Order Management, in the order the work happens: from the order through the warehouse to dispatch.
- Among it is the first piece of artificial intelligence in Order Management, in address editing.
Why a webinar
We write about each new feature on its own, as it ships. A post like that shows what one feature does, but not what they add up to in your day, or which one is worth switching on first.
At the webinar we go through all of it live, in one go, and you can ask questions as we do.
Programme
The programme is still being finalised, but roughly:
- The interface and orders. Out-of-stock items flagged inside the order, and list customisation, so everyone sees what they need. We will also show the order handling deadline that is on its way.
- The warehouse. Entering a goods receipt note and editing products directly in Order Management.
- Automation from invoice to dispatch. Invoice, label and picking by rules you set once.
- The scanner. Delivery service labels printed straight from the scanner.
- Marketplace connections. Marketplace orders in the same list as all the others.
- Address editing and artificial intelligence. Address editing will be shown as a whole, from merging orders to automation additions, along with something new driven by artificial intelligence. It is the first of its kind in Order Management.
We will also look at what is new in customer notifications and the CourierCheck module for checking delivery service invoices.
October is the last month in which anything can still be set up before the season. In November, when there are half as many orders again, there is no time left for introducing new things.
