New integration: Shopping Feed
One connection, and the orders from every marketplace you sell on land in MetaKocka on their own.

- Shopping Feed connects to MetaKocka as an online store connection, under the name Shoppingfeed.
- Orders from all the marketplaces you sell on through Shopping Feed are imported automatically, with items, delivery address and payment.

- Stock from the selected warehouse is synced back to Shopping Feed at the times you set.

What is Shopping Feed?
Shopping Feed is a platform for product feed management and marketplace selling. You connect your catalogue once, and Shopping Feed publishes it to the sales channels you choose: marketplaces and comparison shopping sites, from large international names such as Carrefour Marketplace or MediaMarkt/Saturn to smaller local and niche platforms. Orders from all of those channels are then collected in one place.
That is exactly where our integration starts. Until now, those orders had to be handled in the Shopping Feed interface and then copied into your system by hand. From now on they flow straight into MetaKocka, and the information your customer sees on the marketplace flows back.
What the integration covers
Order import
MetaKocka fetches new orders from Shopping Feed at the times you set. A single call brings in everything the order carries: items, quantities, prices, the delivery address and the payment. Documents attached to the order on the marketplace side can be pulled in as well. You decide which document is created from an incoming order, from a quote or a sales order through to a domestic, foreign or retail invoice, or a delivery note.
Dispatch, tracking number and shipped status
When the order is dispatched, the integration reports it back to Shopping Feed: the order is marked as shipped and the tracking number is sent along, so the marketplace and the customer both see the shipment. Confirmation of the order towards Shopping Feed happens at this point too, and deliberately not at import, because a confirmed order can no longer be re-imported. This way you keep the option of pulling an order in again if anything goes wrong.
Stock sync
Free stock from the warehouse you select is written back to Shopping Feed at the times you enter, and from there on to your channels. Stock sync runs on its own schedule, separate from order import, so you can refresh stock more often than you fetch orders. You can also push the current stock at any moment with a single button.
Tag filter
Orders in Shopping Feed can carry tags. In the connection settings you can enter one tag, and only the orders carrying it will be imported. Everything else stays in Shopping Feed.
Only the orders you actually handle
The tag filter came out of a practical request: a retailer wanted only the part of their marketplace orders that goes out through one specific carrier to reach MetaKocka. They tag those orders in Shopping Feed, enter the same tag in the connection settings, and the rest of the orders never leave Shopping Feed. The same trick works for splitting orders between warehouses, brands or fulfilment partners.
Where the integration works
The connection is set up once in MetaKocka and from there it serves the whole flow. Orders imported from Shopping Feed are handled exactly like any other online store order, so dispatch from Order Management or from Fulfillment App reports the shipment back to the marketplace in the same way. Nothing extra needs to be enabled in either module.

Pick up your credentials in Shopping FeedOpen the account menu at the bottom left and choose Developers. Under “Your API credentials” you will find the token, which you reveal with View, and the Store ID. You need both. |

Add the connection in MetaKockaUnder Settings go to Connections, pick Shoppingfeed from the list and click Add. Then fill in store id and Access token with the values from the previous step. |

Choose the document, the warehouse and the price listUnder “Create document” select what an incoming order should become: a quote, a sales order, a domestic, foreign or retail invoice, or a delivery note. Then pick the warehouse whose stock is reported back and, if you use one, the price list. Save and run Test connection. |

Set the scheduleIn the Settings tab enter the hours for automatic order import and, separately, the hours for stock sync. Turn on Mark as shipped, and decide whether you want to be notified by email always, never, or only on errors. |

Narrow it down if you need toIf only part of your marketplace orders belongs in MetaKocka, enter the tag in the “Import only orders with tag” field. Leave it empty and everything is imported. |
Two things worth knowing while you are setting it up. First, there is an option to import test orders only, so you can watch a full round trip before real orders start arriving.
Second, every confirmation and dispatch report is logged on the Shopping Feed side under Developers, in the Tickets list, along with its status. It is a quick way to check that the sync is doing what you expect.
