Update: Reservation display by microlocations
The warehouse stock now shows the correctly reserved quantity by individual microlocations, instead of the same value everywhere.

- The Reserved column in the warehouse stock table now displays the quantity for an individual microlocation (lot, serial number).

- The Free stock column is correctly calculated for each microlocation separately.
What changed?
Companies that manage inventory with multiple microlocations (e.g., different lots or serial numbers of the same item) now see the reserved quantity distributed by individual microlocation in the warehouse stock table.
With every order or reservation change, the system recalculates how many units are actually reserved on an individual line, and writes this value directly into the warehouse stock table. This way, the Free stock column is always aligned with the actual state.
Comparison: reservation display before and now
Each microlocation displayed the total reserved quantity (5), even though there was only one order.
The reservation of 5 units is now distributed across microlocations according to the actual stock.
How does the calculation work?
With every new order or reservation change, the system recalculates the state for each microlocation separately. The reserved quantity is distributed across microlocations based on available stock, so the Reserved and Free stock columns always reflect the real picture.
The recalculation is performed automatically and covers all applications: MetaKocka, Order Management, Fulfillment App, and Mobile Scanner.
Where is this visible?
The changed reservation display is visible everywhere the warehouse stock table is shown:
- MetaKocka: in the warehouse stock overview (Stock tab), the Reserved column now shows the quantity for an individual microlocation.
- Order Management: the same updated display in the item stock view.
- Fulfillment App and Mobile Scanner: wherever the stock level is displayed, the value is aligned with the individual microlocation.
